What VendFynd does
Vending placement for hosts
We find the right operator for your workplace or building, check the site (traffic, hours, space, power), put the terms in writing and stay your contact after install. See how it works for hosts.
An instant site check
Type an address and get an honest read on whether a machine fits, built from public data. Check your site.
Switching vending companies
Stuck with an empty or broken machine? We handle every step of the change, from the notice dates in your agreement to the letter you sign. Switch for me.

Sites for vending operators
Qualified locations with a site sheet for each one. Operators pay only when a machine is placed. See the operator terms.
Requests from staff and clubs
Staff can ask for a machine at work, and sports clubs can fundraise with a machine at their facility.
What makes us different
- We're not an operator. Calling a vending company directly gets you that company's machine. We can pick whichever operator suits your site, and bring in a different one if service slips.
- Our terms are published in full. When we read the websites of four vending companies serving Metro Vancouver, only one published its contract terms (the comparison). Our host terms are public: month to month, a 30-day trial, and removal at no cost.
- A remedy, not a promise. Report a problem once. If it isn't fixed promptly, we swap the operator or remove the machine at no cost to you.
- Paid only when a machine is placed. Locator services usually charge operators for finding a site. Operators pay us after the machine is in, not before.
- We start from data. We size sites from public business-licence data, building permits and government tables before anyone visits, and we publish what we find: see our vending statistics.
Who uses VendFynd
- Workplaces with people on site all day: warehouses and industrial sites, offices and office towers, car dealerships and auto service, clinics, gyms and hotels.
- Buildings: apartment and strata buildings, student housing and senior living.
- Vending operators, from people planning their first machine to operators running 10 or more.
- Staff and members who want a machine where they work or play, and sports clubs raising funds.
The team behind VendFynd
VendFynd was built by Mahdi Dialden, a vending locator with years of experience placing machines across the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. Those years taught one lesson above the rest: a machine is only as good as whoever services it, and once it's in, the business that hosts it usually has nobody on its side.
VendFynd is that someone. Mahdi is the person you talk to: he visits the site, picks the operator that fits it, and stays the one you call after it's in. Reach him at (604) 332-8613 or hello@vendfynd.com.
How it works
For hosts
- Tell us about your site on the host page or with the site check. It takes about a minute.
- We reply within 1 business day and book a short site check: traffic, space and the outlet.
- We match an operator and send you the terms in writing, including any commission. Nothing is placed without your signature.
- The operator installs, stocks and services the machine. You keep one contact: us.
For operators
- Apply with your service area and the machines you run.
- We send sites that fit, each with a site sheet and its placement fee, before you commit.
- You install; the fee is due only once the machine is in.
We work by phone and email, and you can book a call any time.

Questions
Is VendFynd a vending company?
No. VendFynd doesn't own or stock machines. We find the right vending operator for each site, put the terms in writing and stay the host's contact after install. Not being an operator is what lets us pick whichever one suits the site, and bring in a different one if service slips.
Is it really free for the business that hosts the machine?
Yes. The operator covers the machine, install, stocking, service and removal, and pays VendFynd once a machine is placed. The host provides the spot and a standard outlet; the machine uses roughly $15–20 a month in power. Most locations also receive a commission, set per location and agreed in writing before install.
Where does VendFynd work?
Anywhere in Canada or the US. We started in Metro Vancouver, where our local data runs deepest, and we find operators for sites in other cities too.
How does VendFynd make money?
The operator pays a placement fee once a machine is installed. The fee is set per location and shown on the site sheet before the operator commits. Hosts never pay us.
What happens if the machine breaks or sits empty?
Tell us once. If the problem isn't fixed promptly, we swap the operator or remove the machine at no cost to you. We reply within 1 business day.
Can I end it?
Yes. Placements are month to month with 30 days' notice to remove at no cost, and new hosts get a 30-day trial.
Got a spot and an outlet?
