Switch for me.
Stuck with an empty or broken machine? Most hosts stay with a bad vendor because switching is a chore: finding the contract, the awkward call, a gap with no machine. We do every step of the change, and you sign one letter.
What we handle.
Your dates
We find the notice clause in your agreement and work out the last day to give notice, counted the way BC law counts days.
Your letter
We prepare the notice letter. You read it, sign it and send it. Nothing goes to your current vendor without your signature.
Your new machine
We line up an operator for the day the old machine is picked up, so it's installed the same day and the break room is never empty.
Missed the notice window? We put the next one in the calendar and remind you before it opens, rather than push. Want to see your dates first? Try the vending contract notice planner.
What you switch to.
Published in full on the host terms.
$0to you
The operator covers the machine, install, stocking, service and removal. You provide the spot and an outlet.
Commission set per location
Most locations receive a commission, set for your site and written on your placement sheet before install.
30day trial
If the new machine isn't working for you, tell us and it's removed at no cost.
30days' notice, any time
Month to month. No lock-in, and removal costs you nothing.
Swap or remove
Report a problem once. If it isn't fixed promptly, we swap the operator or remove the machine at no cost. A replacement costs you nothing.
Start the switch.
Tell us about the machine you have now. We'll reply within 1 business day with your dates and a plan.
We never touch or move another company's machine. You give notice, and your current vendor removes it.
Got it. Your switch has started.
Mahdi will reply within 1 business day with your notice dates and the next step. Have your agreement handy, or a photo of the notice clause.
Nothing is sent to your current vendor until you've signed the letter.
Switching questions.
Will my current vendor know VendFynd is involved?
The notice comes from you, signed by you. We don't contact your current vendor, and we never touch or move their machine.
What if I'm locked into a long contract?
We work out when your notice window opens and put it in the calendar. Some operators agree to an earlier exit when asked in writing; if they do, we can move sooner.
What does switching cost?
Nothing. The new operator covers the machine, install, stocking, service and removal. You provide the spot and an outlet.
Will there be a day with no machine?
We book the new install for the day the old machine is picked up, so the break room isn't left empty.
