VendFynd

Want a vending machine at work?

Ask for one in 60 seconds. A request from inside the building isn't a sales pitch, and your manager hears it from you. It's $0 to your workplace: it provides the spot and an outlet.

Anywhere in Canada or the US: your request reaches us, and we find the operator for your workplace.

Three ways to ask.

Pick your workplace, then pick one. You can send your manager a note yourself, hand us their contact, or just add your vote.

Your vote is counted, never shown with your name. Anyone with the link sees only the number.

1. Where do you work?
Start typing to pick from Vancouver and Surrey workplaces. Not listed? Type the name and the city.
2. How do you want to ask?

What your manager hears.

The same promise every VendFynd host gets, in writing on the host terms.

$0to the workplace

The operator covers the machine, install, stocking, service and removal. The workplace provides the spot and an outlet.

Commission set per location

Most locations receive a commission, set for the site and written down before install.

30day trial

If it isn't working for the site, it's removed at no cost.

30days' notice, any time

Month to month, no lock-in, no-cost removal.

Swap or remove

If a problem isn't fixed promptly, VendFynd swaps the operator or removes the machine at no cost. A replacement costs the site nothing.

Your people choose the menu

Staff suggest products, and the operator stocks what sells.

Share kit.

Copy one into your team chat. Each text carries the vote link for your workplace once you've picked it above.

Questions people ask.

Machine already there but always empty? Try refund help first.

Will my manager know I asked?

Only if you choose "Send VendFynd my manager's contact" and tick the box that lets us say you asked. A vote is counted, never shown with your name, and the note goes only where you send it.

Does it cost my workplace anything?

No. The operator covers the machine, install, stocking, service and removal. The workplace provides the spot and an outlet, and most locations also receive a commission, set per location.

Who can see the count?

Anyone with the link for your workplace sees the number of requests, nothing else. No names, no emails.

Is my workplace on the list?

The list holds Vancouver and Surrey workplaces from the cities' public business-licence data. If yours isn't there, type its name and city; the request still counts.
