VendFynd matches your business with a local vending operator and stays your contact after the machine is in. These are the terms, in full.
What it costs you
$0. The operator owns the machine and covers delivery, installation, stocking, service, repairs and removal. You never pay VendFynd. How we get paid: the operator pays us when a machine is placed.
No minimum spend and no sales targets. You never pay the difference if a machine sells less than expected. Some vending contracts require staff to spend a set amount each week or the host pays the shortfall. Ours never do.
What you provide
- A spot for the machine (about the footprint of a fridge) and a standard outlet nearby.
- Power. A machine uses about as much electricity as a commercial fridge, roughly $15–20 a month. We tell you this up front so there are no surprises.
- Access for the operator to restock and service it during your normal hours.
What's in it
Your people choose. We start from a quick favourites survey, and you can suggest products any time. The operator stocks requests that sell, and healthier options are available.
Who to call
One contact for anything: VendFynd. A problem, a product request, moving it, pausing it. We reply within 1 business day and follow it through with the operator.
If something goes wrong. Report a problem; if it isn't fixed promptly, we swap the operator or remove the machine at no cost, your choice. A removal happens within 30 days. This is on top of your right to end the placement at any time.

Trial, term and how to end it
30-day trial. Try the machine for its first 30 days. If it isn't working for you, tell us and it's removed at no cost, within 30 days.
Month to month. There's no fixed term and no lock-in. Give 30 days' notice at any time and the machine is removed at no cost to you. The operator can also end the placement with 30 days' notice.
Insurance and damage
The operator carries liability insurance for its machine and its work on your site, and provides a certificate of insurance if your property requires one. The operator is responsible for the machine, its contents and its cash, and for any damage caused when it's installed, serviced or removed.
Commission
Most locations receive a commission. It's set for your location and agreed in writing, before install, on your placement sheet.
What we don't do
We don't sell your details. We share them only with the operator we propose for your site, with your permission. We don't place anything without your signature. We don't change these terms without telling you in writing first.
The signed version adds your site details: business, site address, machine type, where it goes on site, and the commission agreed for your site.
